    General information

    Delivery and returns

    Shipping and Delivery

Orders are handed to the carrier within 2-5 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery within Türkiye takes 1-2 business days on average after shipping.

    Why 2-5 Business Days?

As a factory manufacturer, we sell both in-stock products and products made to order so we can offer a wider range of models.

In-stock products are shipped the same day; made-to-order products are shipped once production and preparation are complete.

That is why orders are handed to the carrier within 2-5 business days. This can vary with production volume, order quantity and the product's preparation status.

    Returns and Exchanges

You can request an exchange from My Account > My Orders. If you cannot see your return or exchange request there, our WhatsApp Support Line can help.

For return and exchange terms, processes and other details, see our Shipping, Exchange and Returns page.

    Care instructions

Our products are made from carefully selected, quality materials. With the right care your shoes keep their first-day look for years.

    This product: Genuine leather

Smooth leather lasts longer when it is nourished. Once a month, apply a thin layer of leather cream in a matching color with a soft cloth and buff.

    Care tips

    • Regular cleaning

Remove dust after each wear with a soft, dry cloth or brush. The sole can be wiped with a damp cloth.

    • Keep away from sun and heat

Direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators and stoves can dry out the leather and fade its color.

    • If they get wet

Blot excess water right away, stuff with paper towels and let them dry naturally in the shade at room temperature.

    • Storage

When not in use for a long time, keep them in the original box or dust bag in a dry, airy place. A shoe tree keeps their shape.

    • The right care product

All our products are genuine leather inside and out, so we recommend using only leather care and repair products.

    Avoid

    • Machine washing
    • Drying with a hair dryer or on a radiator
    • Bleach, detergent, alcohol or solvents

    How to measure your foot

    1. Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
    2. Mark the tip of your longest toe. Measuring in the evening gives a more accurate result.
    3. Measure from the wall to the mark in cm. If your feet differ, use the longer one.
